Overall the room is airy, new-fashioned and includes coffee and a TV set. It has good and absolutely perfect location with golf courses and restaurants close to the place.

Nothing to complain about, we thoroughly enjoyed this well priced hotel, couldn't recommend more. Our accommodation was set in a central location close enough to the attached pub, the golf courses and the main town center.  

The room with a bath tub. Its brilliant, central location was a plus.

Central location close to the seaside. Based so close to the park as well as Carnoustie. Units with a bath tub.

The location was unbeatable and incredible, right by the golf courses, town centre and sea front and the attached pub. Also, Panbride Parish Church was 3 km away.

The location to Carnoustie golf course was perfect and incredible. Also, the hotel was within a close distance from St Annes Catholic Church.

It was reasonably clean with hard-working staff. The location of the property was absolutely perfect and incredible, close to the beach. And we were not far from the attached pub, town centre and sea front, and the restaurant.  

Comfortable place for one night, felt like home. This little hotel had central setting close to the seaside.

The breakfast is top class with fresh fruit and large portions and decent coffee, lots to choose from. Everyone is consistently courteous and owner too.

Good location for our visit to a championship golf course within a close distance from the hotel.

Not very helpful staff!

The room was exceptionally clean with a bath tub, and we slept very well. This hotel was located in a central area near to Carnoustie golf course and the beach and the park.

Rooms were modern and airy and provided with a TV and a massive comfy bed plus milk. The location was fantastic, not too far from a championship golf course.

Its location in Carnoustie was good and perfect, close enough to Corner Hotel, Carnoustie and a shop. Again, it was a 10-15 minute walk from St Annes Catholic Church.

The staff was not so helpful.
